Online ordering- Just click on the "order now" button to order an item. Put in the appropriate information and click "submit". You will receive a confirmation and we will receive the order. Please call or email with questions tdennison@achillesrunning.com
Make sure to put in all the correct information, including a phone/ email incase there is a problem.
At this time, you can only choose to order one thing at a time (this will change in the future), so if you would like to order more than one item at a time, do it individually first. Fill out the pricing appropriately and we will adjust the shipping charge and notify you of the change. $5 for first item and $3 for each additional item.
Phone Orders- You can call and place an order over the phone Monday-Friday from 10AM-5PM only.
Shipping- We will ship your order 24-48 hours after we receive it. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped. Items will be shipped Priority Mail unless it is a rush order, then it will be shipped UPS.
Returns- You may return any unused items minus the original shipping cost within 30 days of receiving the item. You must have a return authorization number to return or exchange an item. Shipping the item back will be at your charge and you will be credited when we receive the item.
Payments- We accept Visa, Mastercard, & Discover Card. The credit card will not be charged until the item is shipped. We do not ship COD.
