Profile - Married to Heather with 2 kids.  Self employed contractor since 1991.  Coached High School cross country and track. Date of birth 10/1964.

Goals-Run a 100k in October 2010 and then a 100 mile .  My focus now is more on the ultra marathons.

When and why did you start running-Started running in the fall of 1976 (7th grade cross country) I have run at least one race every year since then. I am going to use road races for speed training to get ready for upcoming ultras.
