What is gait analysis? Gait means foot strike, so gait analysis is a detailed look at how you walk. We will assess your foot type by looking at the shape, width, arch, and volume. We will examine the gait cycle that is one of a kind to everyone by looking at the biomechanics of your foot while in motion. We will watch your stride and also have you proceed on the treadmill. Then we can review the results together. It’s that simple.
